Terms of Service
The purchase is for digital work.
These commissions are for personal use only. I retain rights to my own art and I may use them for commission samples, portfolios, etc. For commercial use commissions, contact me at [email protected] about your project details.
If you don't want me to post it online, please tell me first.
I may decline your order if I think that it is beyond my ability or comfort zone.
Visual references are required. I will not draw from a written reference.
Payment is done in full via PayPal or Stripe. Prices are in USD.
After I accept your commission, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. I will start on the piece after confirming payment.
First 3 minor revisions are free, but major or too many revisions over time may require additional charges.
Please be patient. You can ask for updates/WIPs of your commission and I will contact you if there will be a delay. Commissions can take from 4-6 weeks depending on complexity.
Refund Policy: You can only ask for a full refund if I haven’t started working on your commission yet or if I am unable to provide the product for any reason. You can request a partial refund depending on the current progress of the commission.

You are allowed to
Upload the artwork and use it for non-profit purposes. Please put credits/link if you do so.
Use it as decoration, such as banners/profile pictures, as long as it is a personal account.
Print the art (on things such as posters, prints, etc.) as long as it is for personal use and not for sale.
You are not allowed to
Make products with my art to make profit off of them.
Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.
Take credit for the art.
Use my art for NFTs
Upload my artworks on any kind of AI art generators
Commission Process
Commission is accepted.
An invoice will be sent to you and should be paid in full within a week.
I will show you a sketch of your commission. During this time, you can make revisions and will ask for approval.
Once the sketch is approved, I will move forward to line art and coloring.
I will send a preview of the final piece for approval.
After approving, I will send the high-resolution file via email.
